A lesson on life

Hey chickens! I'm still very new to blogging, and i have no idea where this came from, but I thought I'd just write a random little post about one of the best pieces of advice I've found so far.

"Start to want what you already have."

This took me a little while to fully understand, but once I did, I realised that it is extremely helpful. We spend our lives wishing that we had something more ( a better grade, a nicer body, etc.), but we don't actually stop and think about what we already have. To start wanting what we already have takes some practice, but it is possible. When you start to live by this advice, you start to feel in a much more positive state of mind. So, you don't have a flat stomach. But have you ever thought that people would kill for your curves? And even if you try your hardest and start to get a flatter stomach, you will most likely never be happy with yourself, because you'll always be striving for more - you'll always be aiming for the next best thing. So just remember that little piece of advice, think it over, and it could give you a whole new outlook on life.

I hope you enjoyed! Jess x
